## Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our HONAN team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Claims Executive at Marsh, you will be responsible for delivering superior claims service, determining proper policy coverage, and managing a portfolio of Strata claims. You will play a crucial role in investigating, evaluating, and negotiating assigned cases while ensuring quality customer service. We will count on you to: - Collaborate and Partner for Client Value: Establish and maintain strong relationships with claimants, repairers, assessors, and other stakeholders; identify suspicious claims and coordinate investigations; provide insights on claims activity to underwriters. - Inspire with Operational Excellence: Interpret policy coverage, ensure compliance with statutory guidelines, respond to inquiries within service-level agreements, and maintain professional correspondence with stakeholders. - Satisfy and Reach with New Technologies: Maintain knowledge of products and processes, attend relevant training, and contribute to process improvements. - Share Knowledge through Data and Analytics: Provide timely updates to clients on claims progress, set reserves, negotiate settlements, and assist in preparing files for legal proceedings.
