As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the UNITE data transformation program. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyse complex data sets, and design innovative data solutions. Your strong analytical skills and domain expertise will enable you to identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure the successful delivery of data-driven initiatives. By working closely with technical teams and business users, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, driving the successful implementation of the UNITE program. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Project Leadership:** Lead and manage business analysis activities for the data transformation project, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. - **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to gather and document business requirements. - **Data Analysis:** Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform strategic decision-making. - **Process Improvement:** Evaluate current business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending solutions. - **Documentation:** Create detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams. - **Solution Design:** Work closely with technical teams to design and implement data solutions that meet business needs. - **Testing and Validation:** Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data solutions. - **Change Management:** Support change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure successful adoption of new data systems and processes. **What’s in it for me?** You’ll play a significant part of the future of a business that has been around for over 200 years.
