About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at ThermoFisher. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and customer access in the Bio Services and transportation sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals for assigned accounts and/or territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and executive leadership
  • Gain knowledge of client outsourcing strategies and develop tailored solutions to improve opportunities for clinical trials supplies services
  • Document activity and report progress using CRM systems
  • Review performance against plan and recommend alternative strategies and tactics as needed
Requirements
  • Extensive related experience with a Bachelor's degree; some previous experience and an advanced degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong experience in Biorepository and transportation
  • Collaboration and influence skills, with ability to work across functions and companies
  • Demonstrated competency with software tools used for internal and external communications
  • Sales, communication, and presentation skills
  • Validated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-focused, with ability to work autonomously and assess when to involve relevant colleagues and management
