IT Support Specialist

The Global Information Systems Group at Semsysco GmbH is dedicated to delivering top-notch information system solutions and services. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting users globally with data, information, and systems to achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain IT service levels and support clients' PCs and IT infrastructure environment on a daily basis.
Ensure that IT standards are followed and executed.
Assist in new IT roll-out and integration of business applications.
Provide technical expertise to end-users with office software & hardware related issues and problems.
Act as a communication interface between the regions and the IT organization concerning IT related issues.
Address IT specific issues and problems to the IT organization for finding solutions.
Requirements:
Graduate of a relevant technical college (HTL) or equivalent, or 5 years equivalent experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German language.
