IT Support Specialist

The Global Information Systems Group at Semsysco GmbH is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our users globally.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Provide day-to-day IT support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with IT infrastructure, desktops, and applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and core IT teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
Maintain IT service levels and ensure that IT standards are followed and executed.
Assist in the rollout and integration of new IT applications and services.
Provide technical expertise to end-users on office software and hardware-related issues.
Act as a communication interface between regions and the IT organization on IT-related issues.
Address IT-specific issues and problems to the IT organization for finding solutions.
**Requirements:**
Graduate of a relevant technical college (HTL) or equivalent, or 5 years of equivalent experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German language.
