Our Global Information Systems Group is a vital part of this effort, working closely with users worldwide to provide the data, information, and systems they need to achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of IT-related activities, including IT infrastructure, desk-side support, and client management.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and core IT teams, maintaining high-quality IT service levels and supporting clients' PCs and IT infrastructure on a daily basis.
- Ensure adherence to IT standards and execute them effectively.
- Assist in new IT roll-outs and integrate business applications.
- Provide technical expertise to end-users for office software and hardware-related issues and problems.
- Serve as a communication interface between regions and the IT organization regarding IT-related issues.
- Address IT-specific issues and problems to the IT organization for finding solutions.
Requirements:
- Relevant technical education (HTL) or 5 years of equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
