About the Role

We're looking for a native English speaker with a strong understanding of British culture and customs. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing advice on our product range and processing customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Advise customers on our product range, highlighting key features and benefits
  • Process customer inquiries, resolving issues and escalating complex cases as needed
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Native English speaker with a strong understanding of British culture and customs
  • Fluent German language skills (minimum A2 level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
