International Project Manager (German & English)
We are a dynamic team at Innerspace GmbH seeking a bilingual Project Manager to drive multiple high-stakes projects with various stakeholders, leveraging software development, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and international expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Coordinate between software and pharmaceutical experts, international clients, and stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and adjust project timelines, resources, and goals, utilizing industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Maintain high standards in compliance with industry regulations and international standards, ensuring the company's reputation and competitiveness.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, leveraging experience and analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
  • Document project milestones, decisions, and lessons learned, maintaining a comprehensive project history and facilitating future improvements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration), with a strong academic record and relevant coursework.
  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, biotech, software), with a proven track record of success and growth.
  • Strong proficiency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management across diverse industries and cultural contexts, with a talent for building professional relationships and driving collaboration.
  • Familiarity with regulated industry requirements and quality standards, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize deadlines, and adapt to dynamic project environments, with exceptional interpersonal skills and a talent for building professional relationships.
