About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Sales Lead to join our dynamic team at CSL Vifor. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team and driving the annual brand plan development and implementation for our products in the retail market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Establish and monitor sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive decision-making and optimize outcomes
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on strategy, materials, and product capabilities
  • Manage annual brand plans and budgets for products in the retail market
  • Develop and implement local brand tactics to drive sales growth and customer engagement

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or life sciences
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Austrian pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record of sales leadership and team management
  • Strong knowledge of the local legal and regulatory landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with key customers and stakeholders
  • Native German language skills, with professional-level English language skills
