Job Title: Learning and Development Officer

Join the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) as a Learning and Development Officer and contribute to the organization's mission to promote peaceful use of nuclear energy.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support the development and implementation of training programs for IAEA staff. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, adult learning techniques, and instructional design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, organize, and deliver training programs for IAEA staff
  • Develop and implement performance management frameworks
  • Coach and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with international HR teams to promote best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest training and development theories and tools
Requirements
  • University degree in human resources management, social or behavioral sciences, public or business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in training and development
  • Excellent oral and written command of English
  • Knowledge of other official IAEA languages is an asset
