About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development Intern to join our team at MeisterLabs Software GmbH. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our training and development initiatives, ensuring our team thrives and excels in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify training needs and develop targeted learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Analyze data to drive professional growth and satisfaction, and make informed decisions to improve our performance culture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote our performance culture and foster a strong sense of community within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain engagement surveys to maintain a motivated team and drive continuous improvement.
