About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Christmas Helper. This is a temporary role, starting on November 4th, 2024, and ending on February 14th, 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to our customers through various channels and touchpoints
  • Manage customer communication in multiple languages
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
Requirements
  • Fluency in German, French, or Italian, as well as English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or customer service
