Domain Sales Manager

As a Domain Sales Manager at Frequentis Group, you will play a key role in driving sales growth in the defense sector. Our company is a leading international supplier of communication and information systems for control centers with safety-critical tasks. With over 500 customers in 150 countries, we have a proven track record of delivering customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Management team and Opportunity Team.
- Create sales funnels in close cooperation with Regional Sales to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Support customer interactions through consultative solution selling, including positioning and value propositioning.
- Capture and close deals as Pursuit Responsible, with support from bid managers, product managers, and engineering teams.
- Maintain up-to-date status reporting in our CRM and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Enhance the competitiveness of our Regional Sales team and local Sales Partners through knowledge transfer and training.
- Contribute to the development of our product portfolio by providing market feedback to internal solution and product management teams.
As a successful candidate, you will have a degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Telecommunication, IT, Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing & Sales. You will also have a strong interest in different cultures and a willingness to travel up to 30%. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and proposals, are essential for this role.
