Your New Adventure
Are you looking for a challenging role in the software lifecycle, where you can drive the development of existing applications and prepare for S/4 HANA throughout the company? Do you want to be part of an international team and work closely with local and global IT teams?
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the further development of existing applications and prepare for S/4 HANA throughout the company.
- Act as an interface to several specialists, mainly from the IT and HR department, and work closely with the internal business analyst team.
- Translate business requirements into a functional design and think outside the box to deliver innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with the local and global IT team to drive the development of new applications and processes.
Your Skills and Experience
- Completed technical education (HAK, HTL) or completed studies (FH, University).
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable IT role and industry.
- Very good SAP knowledge (ABAP programming, HCM module knowledge is an advantage) as well as basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and system architecture.
- Experience with ESS Fiori and SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- English language skills (German knowledge is an advantage).
- Problem-solving team player with a high level of personal responsibility, commitment, and analytical thinking.
We Offer
You will be offered an exciting position in a company with many and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 57,92 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
