Sales and Key Account Management Director

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales and Key Account Management Director to lead our regional sales team in the EMEA area. As a key member of our Automation and Digitalization department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing go-to-market strategies to drive sustainable business in our region.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Shape and lead a motivated regional sales team to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Establish efficient sales and key account processes and tools to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Plan and report on budget, KPIs, and other relevant activities to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Pro-active and positive solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the Pulp and Paper industry with a background in Automation and Digitalization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Business English (must-have language) and willingness to travel in the EMEA region (less than 50%).
