KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather, derive, and critically assess business requirements while ensuring alignment with relevant stakeholders across functions.
  • Develop a conceptual framework for the IT system architecture, meticulously document requirements, and facilitate their transition to the IT department.
  • Create a strategic roadmap for PLM system implementation to secure stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee the execution of PLM system implementations through pilot projects and proof of concepts, ensuring seamless operation of daily activities.
  • Assist in the integration of new group entities into the established PLM system framework.
  • Serve as the primary liaison within Engineering for the deployment of new software solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various functions and organizational levels, as well as with external vendors and consultants.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive professional experience in consulting, industrial, or academic settings, specifically in product lifecycle management.
  • A degree in engineering from a recognized university.
  • In-depth knowledge of the PLM software ecosystem and experience with global rollouts.
  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective system integration strategies.
  • Strong independence, initiative, and commitment to quality.
  • Familiarity with project and process management methodologies.
  • Excellent teamwork and cross-functional communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to innovation, organizational change, and continuous learning.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Proficient in business English and German.
