Principal Consultant for Product Lifecycle Management (f/m/d)

We are eager to collaborate with you on the significant trends of tomorrow and to redefine the future together. We are currently seeking a Principal Consultant for Product Lifecycle Management (f/m/d).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Gathering, analyzing, and validating business requirements while ensuring cross-functional alignment with relevant stakeholders.
  • Creating a conceptual framework for the IT system landscape, including thorough documentation of requirements to be communicated to the IT department.
  • Developing a roadmap for PLM system implementation to secure stakeholder engagement.
  • Executing PLM system implementations through pilot projects and proof of concepts, while maintaining seamless daily operations.
  • Facilitating the integration of new group entities into the existing PLM system framework.
  • Serving as the primary contact within Engineering for the deployment of new software solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across various functions and organizational levels, as well as with external vendors and consultants.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Extensive professional experience in consulting, industrial, or academic settings, particularly in product lifecycle management.
  • A university degree in engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of the PLM software ecosystem and experience with global rollouts.
  • Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into system integration strategies.
  • A high level of independence, initiative, and commitment to quality.
  • Understanding of project and process management principles.
  • Strong teamwork abilities and effective cross-functional communication skills.
  • Willingness to embrace innovation, organizational change, and continuous learning.
  • Availability for travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Fluency in business English and German.
