Job Description

At ServiceNow, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Disputes Go To Market efforts in the Financial Services sector. As the Head of Disputes Go To Market, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive growth and revenue in this critical market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Disputes and related solutions in the Financial Services sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution of the strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institution executives, industry leaders, and partners.
  • Develop and deliver thought leadership content and communications to position ServiceNow as a leader in the Disputes and payments space.
  • Drive pipeline development and progression, working closely with sales teams to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategy and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of sales and sales management experience in the disputes and payments space.
  • Strong knowledge and experience within the payments space, including collaboration with internal and external teams to assist with successful integrations.
  • Proven pipeline management skills with a consultative sale-cycle approach.
  • Ability to utilize network to help sales teams with identifying, prospecting, and supporting sales to potential channels partners.
  • Exceptional written, presentation, and delivery communication skills.
  • Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and sales organizations.
  • Experience producing thought leadership content and communications for an international audience.
