About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Specialist to join our team in Austria. As a key member of our Distribution and Sales Quality team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer electronic document management and training systems
  • Maintain the Local Quality Management System (QMS) and coordinate gap assessments of global processes
  • Create and maintain local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other quality-related documents
  • Manage and support local deviations and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) processes
  • Participate in internal and external audits
  • Support health authority communications on product quality issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in a scientific discipline or applicable health sciences field
  • Experience in pharmaceutical companies, with exposure to audits
  • Fluency in spoken and written German and English
  • Strong communication and organization skills
