Wir suchen eine erfahrene und dynamische Sales-Persönlichkeit, die sich für die Position eines Sales Representatives Aesthetics Central Austria bewirbt.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Aufbau von Neukund*innen und kontinuierliche Pflege des bestehenden Kundenstamms im Gebiet OÖ, Stmk, Ktn, Sbg & TVerantwortlich für die qualitativ hochwertige und serviceorientierte Betreuung sowie den Ausbau des innovativen Produktportfolios in der ästhetischen Medizin
  • Fachkundige Beratung und erste Ansprechperson für Kund*innen, um deren Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen
  • Eigenständige Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Kundenpläne zur Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Erreichung der Umsatzziele
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung zur Erkennung von Trends sowie Generierung von Potenzialen im Bereich der ästhetischen Medizin
  • Regelmäßige Analyse der Verkaufszahlen, laufendes Reporting und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem bestehenden Team
Voraussetzungen
  • Staatliche Pharmareferentenprüfung
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare relevante Berufserfahrung im wirtschaftlichen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich (Life Science)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Account Management, vorzugsweise in den Branchen Ästhetik, FMCG, Pharmaindustrie (OTC) oder Medizintechnik
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Abschlussstärke und Netzwerk-Qualitäten
  • Verhandlungskompetenz, hohe Businessorientierung sowie Innovationsgeist
  • Starke Kunden-, Service- und Ergebnisorientierung & ausgeprägtes Interesse für die ästhetischen Medizin verbunden mit weitreichender Digital-Kompetenz
