We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales & Business Development professional to join our high-performing team at Papyrus Software USA. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by identifying new opportunities and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Directors to research and identify new business opportunities in related sectors.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospects to provide relevant information and analyze potential opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to introduce Papyrus Software and convert leads into sales.
  • Develop and sustain a healthy pipeline of new market and client opportunities for Papyrus Software.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand customer needs and position Papyrus Software as the ideal solution.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM database.
  • Work closely with international sales teams and Directors to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Excellent communication, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German and English languages.
  • Austrian work authorization is required.
