Job Description

This role involves providing desk-side support to all users on site, including regular use of ticketing systems (Service Now). Key responsibilities include operating and implementing IT infrastructure, ensuring effective collaboration with IT colleagues, communicating IT-related topics to users, and supporting IT infrastructure projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience or demonstrated technical knowledge
  • Excellent English and German language skills, written and verbal communications required
  • MSc Degree or BSc Degree or equivalent with relevant experience in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience
  • Creative incident solving skills, effective matrix environment operation, and strong customer-focus essential
