About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at PALFINGER AG. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for planning and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement search strategies for various roles and seniority levels.
- Publish professional job postings to attract top candidates.
- Fill senior-level management and expert positions across all businesses and functions.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Collaborate with our Recruiters from GBS Bulgaria to source candidates.
- Implement internal candidate pools and support organizing internal career lounges to promote internal job offers and career options.
- Execute the global standard recruiting process supported by SuccessFactors, including training of all relevant parties.
- Develop a recruiting strategy for intern and new graduate programs.
- Implement recruitment and employer branding campaigns offline, including events, advertisements, and social media postings, in close alignment with marketing.
- Participate in internal events, college career days, job fairs, and special events at colleges and universities.
- Report and follow up on Recruiting and HR KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Excellent English and German language skills, with additional languages being an asset.
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with various stakeholders across and outside the company.
- Excellent communication and advertising abilities, particularly with social media.
- Outstanding interviewing and diagnostic skills.
- Structured thinking, ability to create new concepts and strategies, and highly efficient in organizing oneself.
- International mindset and intercultural skills.
- Open to change.
