We are a dynamic organization looking for an experienced Cost Management Specialist to join our Red Bull HQ team in a key role. As an integral part of our controlling department, you will be responsible for driving business growth by ensuring accurate and efficient cost management processes.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is approximately EUR 2,229 gross per month, with opportunities for market-oriented salaries based on performance.

Job Description

Daily Business Activities:

  • Calculate costs for finished goods, including semi-finished products, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Forecast costs of goods for new product requests from countries worldwide.
  • Support the operations department in optimizing processes within SAP and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Create ad-hoc analyses to inform business decisions.

Planning and Closing Processes:

  • Perform planning cycles (BP, FRE, SRE, LE) for RBS cost centers to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ensure correct data input in SAP and Oracle HFM to maintain data integrity.
  • Plan and manage HQ costs for all products, including VISIT.

Month-End and Year-End Closing:

  • Coordinate checks with business partners to ensure accurate month-end closing.
  • Perform production checks and ensure correct inventory levels.
  • Generate management reports and perform analysis on cost variances.

Projects and Development:

  • Lead various projects to enhance operational efficiency within the organization.
  • Participate in strategic projects like Copacker Management, Smart Data, Availability Management, Source-to-contract, and others.

Training and Documentation:

  • Update relevant training materials and documentations to ensure knowledge sharing.
  • Support the operations department with necessary training and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an operations controller.
  • A degree in business administration with a focus on finance or controlling.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, with German being an asset.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with SAP ERP (FI/CO, MM/PP, SD), SAP BI, and Oracle Hyperion.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of statistics and statistical computer languages like R, Python, SQL, and others.
