About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Operations Manager to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our finance and operations teams, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our global operations controlling function.

As a Global Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial data and driving meaningful insights on a global scale. You will work closely with our finance teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations for process improvements.

In this role, you will also support our subsidiaries in resolving issues and continuously improving our financial processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business developments into planning cycles and provide variance analysis.

Additionally, you will participate in finance and operations-driven projects, take on cross-functional topics, and support their implementation. You will lead projects from a controlling perspective and contribute to continuous process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support month and year-end closing data accuracy, especially regarding Cost of Sales and Inventories
  • Generate reports, conduct analyses, and ensure correct financial assessments based on current business developments
  • Provide variance analysis and take ownership of supporting subsidiaries in resolving issues
  • Ensure technical accuracy in business planning and revised forecasts
  • Analyze plan data, secure content-related quality of data input, and integrate the latest business developments into planning cycles
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in controlling, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial processes and analysis
  • University degree in Business Administration/Finance
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Hands-on experience using SAP ERP, SAP BI, and Hyperion
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, evaluate, and interpret complex data to derive valuable insights
  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and across cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is EUR 50,000 per year, reflecting the company's commitment to market-oriented salaries and competitive compensation packages.
