Red Bull is a leading global company seeking an experienced Operations Controller to join its Global Operations Controlling Team. This role will focus on analyzing financial data and optimizing processes for our subsidiaries.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret complex data, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately EUR 26,700 gross, based on a monthly minimum salary of EUR 2,229 as per the collective agreement, with a market-oriented compensation package that significantly exceeds this minimum.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operations Controller who can:

  • Support the finance teams of Red Bull subsidiaries in ensuring accurate month and year-end closing data, particularly for Cost of Sales and Inventories.
  • Participate in financial closing processes, generate reports, and conduct analyses for MEC.
  • Analyze business developments to ensure correct financial assessments.
  • Take ownership of resolving issues and continuously improving processes for subsidiaries.

This role will also involve supporting subsidiaries in business planning and revised forecasts, ensuring seamless integration of latest business developments, and providing variance analysis.

The Operations Controller will participate in finance and operations-driven projects, take on cross-functional topics, and support their implementation from a controlling perspective.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in controlling, with a solid understanding of financial processes and analysis.
  • A University degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with SAP ERP, SAP BI, and Hyperion is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, evaluate, and interpret complex data.
  • Focused on achieving results, with a performance-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with internal stakeholders and across cross-functional teams.
