Senior Key Account Technologist Leader

The Role
We seek a skilled Senior Key Account Technologist Leader to join our team at Lam Research. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key customers, providing technical expertise and support to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary technical point of contact.
- Drive alignment between account teams and clean product line on priorities for market penetrations and defenses.
- Collaborate with customers to optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and performance.
- Organize product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Lam Research technologies.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our products and services.
- Provide training and educational resources to customers and account teams to enhance their understanding and utilization of Lam Research technologies.
- Work closely with sales, engineering, and product development teams to align customer needs with company objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a Bachelor degree, or 8 years with a Masters degree or 5 years with a PhD.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required. Additionally, strong communication skills in Chinese preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.

Work Arrangements
Lam Research offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you will work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you will work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
