At Kapsch TrafficCom, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Traffic Management Professional to join our team in Vienna. As a Senior Service Delivery Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, driving business growth, and shaping the future of intelligent transportation systems.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for daily interactions with customer representatives, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Identify opportunities for technical and economic optimization or post-market potential, driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain long-term relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Monitor and manage sales and margin performance of assigned maintenance contracts, ensuring profitability and meeting targets.
  • Document services, conduct reviews, and provide detailed reporting, maintaining accurate records and supporting business decisions.

Your Profile

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior service delivery management role, with a strong background in ITIL and service management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Fluency in English and German, with strong written and verbal proficiency.
