Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Process Specialist to join our team at Red Bull HQ. As a key member of our accounting team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and streamlining of local and global accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in finance and cross-functional projects related to accounting processes, ensuring proper and compliant system-level implementation.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Accountants and their teams to implement process optimization opportunities, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in the conception and creation of a global accounting process documentation, including the collection and documentation of relevant process components.
  • Develop and implement a digital accounting training platform and its training contents, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer.
  • Contribute to the continuous review and maintenance of the accounting process framework and training, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Austrian and global accounting teams during peak periods, such as month-end closing and year-end closing.
  • Participate in alignments with local accounting representatives of the RB group on specific operative accounting or accounting process-related topics.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Graduate in Business Administration or higher-level secondary commercial college or professional education with a focus on accounting and a distinct interest in IT.
  • Very good English skills, German is a plus.
  • Profound understanding of operative accounting processes and accounting GAAP.
  • Experience in auditing is advantageous.
  • Very good SAP knowledge (ideally S/4HANA).
  • Precision, strong analytical and communication skills, reliability, flexibility, and robustness.
