As an Export Operations Specialist at Red Bull, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our export operations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the order-to-cash process with our distribution partners, including credit risk management, order management, and shipping processes to our subsidiaries.

You will be responsible for handling orders, aligning with our production planning team, creating deliveries, and preparing export documents and certificates when necessary. Additionally, you will oversee transport planning, monitor shipments until they reach their destinations, manage invoicing, and handle credit risk management for finished goods, visibility items, and branded vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the order-to-cash process with distribution partners
  • Coordinate with production planning team to ensure timely deliveries
  • Prepare export documents and certificates as required
  • Oversee transport planning and monitor shipments
  • Manage invoicing and credit risk for finished goods and visibility items
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Logistics, or equivalent experience in international O2C environments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, JIRA, and Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in German and English

Additional Information

Please note that due to legal reasons, we are required to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,367.00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
