Role Overview

OVERSEEING INTERNATIONAL KEY ACCOUNTS

In this position, you will take charge of negotiating and coordinating international key accounts, retail buying groups, and purchasing alliances, under the guidance of a senior Key Account Manager. Your role will involve managing daily business relationships with international clients and the Red Bull markets they operate in. It is essential to embody and promote a mindset focused on conditionality and profitability with business partners and internal stakeholders, while consistently utilizing customer and shopper data to extract actionable insights.

GLOBAL STRATEGY AND MARKET ASSISTANCE

You will spearhead and implement global channel and segment strategies alongside market teams, facilitating workshops and sharing best practices. Your support will extend to the top 25 Red Bull markets in their strategic planning, providing critical input and feedback for their annual business plans. Additionally, you may offer hands-on assistance to select markets to enhance local management of key accounts, concentrating on sales drivers and profitability.

SUPPORTING CROSS-FUNCTIONAL INITIATIVES

Part of your responsibilities will include expanding and refining Customer Profitability & Value chain analysis concepts and systems, as well as driving the rollout and implementation of statistical forecasting tools in designated Red Bull markets. You will act as a key partner in country-specific revenue management, field sales, and demand planning projects.

CROSS-DEPARTMENTAL COLLABORATION

Utilizing your pivotal role within the international team, you will proactively share expertise, insights, and challenges. It is vital to foster cross-departmental thinking and collaboration within the organization, while building a robust network within the global key account community.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the FMCG sector.

Exceptional listening, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

Self-driven, capable of working independently as well as being an effective team player.

Innovative with a solution-oriented approach.

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Additional Information

In compliance with legal requirements, we disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,717.00 gross per month. However, our competitive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is significantly above the stated minimum.
