Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled International Key Account Specialist to join our On Premise team at Red Bull. As a key member of our global account management team, you will be responsible for securing new business with major global accounts in the Limited Service Restaurants (LSR) sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Winning New Business
  • Support the International Key Account Manager in securing top-down agreements with global Tier 1 LSR target accounts by executing key projects derived from our global LSR strategy.
  • Play a crucial role in winning new regional business with Tier 1's international franchise groups, such as Amrest, DPE, Daufood, and Alsea, to enhance our global relevance.
  • Target and secure wins with Tier 2 QSR and Fast Casual accounts, including Papa John's, Vapiano, and Pret a Manger.
  1. Support Markets on Winning New Business
  • Support our top markets in executing a global strategic approach to win new business with Tier 1 and 2 target accounts.
  • Develop sustainable distribution and volume while establishing strong local partnerships.
  • Share best-in-class examples of success in the LSR sector to drive our strategy forward.
  1. Manage Business
  • Work closely with the Global and local Trade Marketing Teams to develop and implement robust Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that ensure sustainable growth and excellence in execution.
  • Monitor existing agreements with global accounts, identify potential distribution and executional gaps, and transform insights into actionable strategies at the outlet level.
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel are required.
  • Prior experience with SAP would be a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with Account Management, ideally within the On Premise or FMCG business.
  • A resilient sales mindset is required for this position as you will be tasked with the roll out of projects from inception to completion.
  • Strategic and innovative thinking will be needed to create specific, unique, commercially focused strategies which are scalable at the global level.
  • A problem-solving mindset with strong willingness to learn is a must as this is a development position within the team.
  • Strong communication skills are required to translate complex business topics into practical and relevant terms whilst understanding cultural differences.
  • Advanced presentation skills will be required to communicate global strategies and processes across multiple markets in a simple, clear, concise, and empowering way.
  • Passion for establishing new business partnerships is needed to foster strategic global partnerships increasing distribution and sales within the On Premise.
Additional Information

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.229,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
