Role Overview:- Development, Enhancements & Implementation of Our CPM Tools:
As a Customer Profitability Systems Manager, you will spearhead various initiatives aimed at improving our systems to ensure comprehensive reporting capabilities and user satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include defining business requirements, documenting them in Business Scope Statements (BSS), and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to propel system enhancements. You will play a vital role in the global implementation of CPM tools across Red Bull subsidiaries and provide training and post-implementation assistance.
- Business Partner for Local Markets and Headquarters:
In your role as a strategic partner, you will collaborate closely with subsidiaries to optimize the use of our CPM tools within their specific business processes. By promoting cooperation across various departments such as International Sales, IT, Data Supply Chain, and Operations, you will ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.
- System Support and Quality:
As the global point of contact for CPM tools, you will provide support to key users around the world, addressing system-related challenges and enhancing system performance. Your role will involve identifying areas for improvement, streamlining processes, and driving enhancements in data quality across subsidiaries.
- Training of the Organization:
You will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions and workshops for subsidiary users, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to utilize our systems effectively. By offering both on-site and online training, you will contribute to enhancing user proficiency and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management/IT/Finance/Controlling
- University Degree in Business Administration or Finance
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of German considered a plus
- Strong IT skills, familiarity with ERP systems, and business analytics tools
- Experience in project management and reporting solutions
- Understanding of complex technical solutions and processes
- Background in FMCG industry or sales controlling desirable
- Results-oriented team player with excellent communication skills
