Global Revenue Growth Manager

At Red Bull, we're passionate about delivering value to our business. To achieve this, we're seeking a talented Global Revenue Growth Manager to join our team.
This role will involve optimizing price and promotion strategies, managing trade terms, and providing pricing recommendations to boost profitability. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategies align with business goals and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
TRADE TERMS
You'll support the markets in identifying and driving trade term optimization implementation aligned with global guidelines. You will work with Sales and Finance function to shape trade terms framework and identify best practices to share globally.
PROMO & PRICING ANALYTICS
You'll dive deep into market dynamics, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation to uncover untapped revenue opportunities in dedicated markets. You'll support the ongoing promotional review process, ensure strong promotional effectiveness analysis, and derive recommendation.
GLOBAL IMPACT
You'll play a vital role in propelling our organization's international growth, influencing strategic decisions, and driving revenue optimization across markets.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees are welcome.
Fluent in English, German is a plus.
3+ years of FMCG/consumer goods experience, ideally in Revenue Management, Key Account Management, Category Management, or Insights.
Exposure and understanding of commercial topics, the Profit & Loss, and key drivers of business targets.
Proven experience in working with large data sets in a commercial context and converting these into clear and concise insights and recommendations.
IT affinity to further drive and develop revenue management tools within Red Bull IT landscape.
Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Project management affinity with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.
