About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled RGM Data & Process Developer to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our Revenue Growth Management team, you will be responsible for driving the development and improvement of our Revenue Growth Management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify areas of improvement and define business requirements for the enhancement of our Revenue Growth Management Systems, with a focus on reporting capabilities and user experience.
  • Lead the implementation of Revenue Growth Management tools in Red Bull subsidiaries worldwide, providing training, communication, and post-implementation support to users.
  • Partner with subsidiaries to establish and fully exploit the potential of our Revenue Growth Management tools, with a focus on business processes.
  • Act as a global contact point for the Revenue Growth Management tool, helping local Key Users around the world with process or system-related issues and questions.
  • Support the training agenda, designing innovative ways to interact with users in subsidiaries and providing on-site and online trainings to ensure proper system handling.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant Finance / Controlling / Project Management experience.
  • University degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Fluent English, German is a plus.
  • IT literate and tech-savvy, familiarity with ERP systems or any integrated business analysis tool as a plus.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry and/or with a focus on sales controlling is an advantage.
  • Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks, and find solutions.
  • Experience in project management and the creation of reporting solutions is a plus.
  • Result-oriented team player with strong communication & presentation skills.
