Strategic Product Management Director

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Product Management Director to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH.
This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong understanding of product management principles, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
About the RoleThe Strategic Product Management Director will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features, while also driving strategic initiatives to grow the business.
You will work closely with our CTO, Product and Engineering leadership to innovate and drive value of Dynatrace products across multiple solutions.
- Main Responsibilities:
- You will lead and strategize highly complex program-level initiatives that affect multiple org units.
- You will partner with Product Leaderships to address market needs and balance roadmap priorities.
- You maintain product roadmaps that align with the overall business strategy, incorporating input from customers and community partners.
- You will have the unique opportunity to be part of the Product Management Organization of Dynatrace and network with different departments and across solutions to bring our Product to the next level.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of Product Management experience in a software product environment.
- 7+ years' experience in a (domain) Leadership function and understand how to lead and drive visions and strategies in an international environment.
- Entrepreneurial & Growth mindset with experience in founding and leading own business within a competitive and fast-moving software market.
- A strong interest in technical topics such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Application Security, and SaaS Software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate thoughts and business ideas clearly in a C-level setting/environment.
