Your Role

You will be responsible for driving growth by putting the customer experience at the center of every decision.

As a Growth Product Manager, you will work with technical and go-to-market product managers to explore which features or improvements have a big, small or no impact on business goals and act upon these lessons learned.

You will be the interface between product, business, and go-to-market teams and pave the path to product-led growth.

This role is part of the data edge platform solution team that is responsible for data acquisition and ingestion, cloud installation, and 3rd-party integration.

Primary focus is on cloud-native workloads including K8s, serverless, and OpenTelemetry, in addition to traditional on-premise workloads.

  • You will develop and own KPIs aligned with business objectives, establish annual growth goals, and adapt strategies as needed for optimal results.
  • You will drive cross-functional initiatives and product improvements to maximize ingestion from data acquisition sources with the largest potential.
  • You will use market, customer install base data, and customer feedback for informed decision-making and support the team in leveraging these insights to inform investment and divestment decisions.

You will create and execute a comprehensive licensing strategy, optimizing pricing models and packaging while continuously adapting to market trends and competitor offerings for sustained growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need several years of related work experience in the IT industry, such as Product Management, Software Product Design, UX Design, or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education.

Experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or similar is a plus, as well as experience in Observability.

You should have a deep understanding of enterprise buyer/business/technical profiles and validated conceptual and analytical skills.

You must be fluent in analytics, usability tests, and other forms of qualitative and quantitative feedback.

You should understand the requirements of the market and be able to break through organisational boundaries and navigate through a complex environment without losing focus.

What We Offer

We offer a market-conform salary in line with qualifications and experience, estimated to be around €80,000 gross per year (based on full-time).
