Job Description

This role is a key part of our product strategy team and will focus on developing and implementing global strategies for highly regulated sectors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring Dynatrace to the next level.

You'll be responsible for owning the compliance and regulatory requirements aspects of the product roadmap for financial services, healthcare, and government. You will also represent the end user's point of view and strive for innovative solutions by answering the WHY and understanding the end user's pain points.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years experience working in highly regulated application/product development, specifically with products designed for the public sector, ideally in the world of SaaS products
  • 3+ years of equivalent product management experience in an agile software product environment
  • Plenty of experience successfully collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and other business stakeholders in a software product company
  • Possession of knowledge of user journeys, personas, use case development, market, business, and competitive analysis
  • Ability to bring market and business understanding into the product to deliver differentiated value for customers and prospects aligned with Dynatrace's goals and strategy
  • Strong interest and understanding of technical topics such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Application Security, SaaS Software
