Job Description

We are seeking a talented Cloud Growth Product Manager to join our team in Austria. As a key member of our data edge platform solution team, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation across our cloud-native and on-premise workloads.

Your primary focus will be on developing and owning KPIs aligned with business objectives, establishing annual growth goals, and adapting strategies as needed for optimal results. You will also work closely with the solution leadership to drive cross-functional initiatives and product improvements to maximize ingestion from data acquisition sources with the largest potential.

  • Solution Growth Strategy: Collaborate with the solution leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that maximizes revenue and market share.
  • Data Insights: Work with data analysts to leverage market, customer install base data, and customer feedback for informed decision-making and support the team in leveraging these insights to inform investment and divestment decisions.
  • Solution Licensing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive licensing strategy that optimizes pricing models and packaging while continuously adapting to market trends and competitor offerings for sustained growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of several years of related work experience in the IT industry, preferably in product management, software product design, UX design, or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education.
  • Experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or similar, with a strong understanding of enterprise buyer/business/technical profiles.
  • Validated conceptual and analytical skills, with fluency in analytics, usability tests, and other forms of qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • The ability to break through organisational boundaries and navigate complex environments without losing focus.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from €80,000 to €120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including relocation support, life at Dynatrace, and equal opportunity employment policies.
