Growth Focused Principal Product Manager for SaaS Upgrade Initiative

The Dynatrace SaaS Upgrade initiative aims to empower customers to unlock the full potential of the Dynatrace platform. As a key enabler, this initiative provides customers with comprehensive guidance, best practices, tools, and expert support to facilitate a seamless transition from Dynatrace Managed to Dynatrace SaaS.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead the overall initiative as Principal Product Manager, Growth for our SaaS Upgrade Initiative. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing growth strategies to bring more managed customers to SaaS and drive faster adoption of SaaS once a customer begins their transition.
  • IDentifying needle movers, both accelerants and blockers, through direct engagement with sales and customers. Developing hypotheses on growth drivers informed by market trends, customer analysis, and data insights.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including pre- and post-sales, services, marketing, and product management to provide actionable plans and execute them.
  • Working closely with Dynatrace solution leadership to ensure aligned GTM frameworks and messaging, ensuring consistent and complementary communication with customers and sales teams.
  • Creating and managing long-term forecasts for SaaS upgrade, defining targets and KPIs that align with customer value and sales motivations.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in product management with a focus on growth in B2B SaaS space.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, executive presence, and ability to drive complex initiatives across functional areas.
  • Product management experience with hands-on interactions with products, tools, documentation, and assets.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers, GTM/sales motions, domain knowledge in SaaS platforms, and observability (a plus).

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. The minimum salary for this position is €80,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
