We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH.

Average Salary for this position is around $120,000 per year based on national averages in Austria.
Job Description:
The Senior Technical Account Manager will be responsible for constantly going above and beyond to serve our customers and be a shining example of our Core Values. You will triage, diagnose, and provide solutions to most complex configuration issues with Dynatrace solutions and non-Dynatrace integrations. You will strategize on the overall technical objectives and long-term goals of the team, providing advice and guidance as the subject matter expert to ensure successful ongoing usage, adoption of the product, and foster growth of the customer's footprint. As a frontline technical resource, you will engage with customer support as a customer advocate to ensure speedy resolution of customer issues and participate and prepare for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience, along with 4+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers, including executive leadership. You should demonstrate ability in leadership, mentorship, and organizational behavior, as well as a track record of going above and beyond for your team and customers. You must have exceptional English written and verbal communications skills, as well as organizational and teamwork skills, and the ability to act fast and responsibly. Impeccable time management skills and an ability to self-direct are also required.
