At Erste Group Bank, we are seeking a skilled SAS Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Credit Risk Calculations department, you will be responsible for analyzing new requirements, creating technical design specifications, and developing software solutions using various technologies such as Oracle, Postgres, SAS, Python, and R.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our Cover Pool and Credit Claims team
  • Analyzing new requirements and creating technical design specifications
  • Developing software solutions using SAS and other technologies
  • Participating in FAT and deployment, after going live support and support of operations
  • Supporting colleagues as an experienced Developer

Requirements:

  • Experience in service or consulting area, ideally with international customers and appropriate IT work experience or professional education
  • SAS experience based upon SAS DI Studio, SAS EG, SAS VA, SAS Viya, SAS Base, and SAS Macro as well as SQL experience
  • Proven work experience in last three years within the field of Banking, especially Cover Pools and Credit Claims is greatly appreciated and extra rewarded
  • Knowledge in SAS execution design, Linux, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) are welcome
  • Java Script and HTML knowledge is welcomed but not a must
