About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Lam Research Corporation. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process purchase requisitions to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods
  • Manage purchase order releases daily to meet demand requirements and coordinate with manufacturing, planning, and engineering departments
  • Develop and maintain key supplier relationships to review open action items, performance, and future demand forecasting
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure scheduled deliveries are met and maintain weekly reports
Requirements
  • Commercial education, such as an apprenticeship or HAK, is preferred
  • Work experience in an industrial environment is an asset, but not required
  • Excellent MS Office skills and ERP/SAP skills are preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English are essential
What We Offer

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industries. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The chosen candidate will be hired through a third-party employment agency.
