Join Our Team as a Release Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Release Coordination Specialist to join our team at ADMIRAL Technologies. As a key member of our technology arm, you will play a crucial role in developing and operating entertainment software.

About the Role

As a Release Coordination Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating releases for our release train, infrastructure, and special releases. You will collect and communicate release content and progress from planning to successful rollout, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

You will have an overall view of all release content across our products, working closely with stakeholders to track new features and versions. Your expertise will be essential in continuous improvement of the release process and further development of our DevOps tool suite.

You will also be responsible for collecting and preparing meaningful release and process KPIs for retrospective and iterative process optimization. Additionally, you will coordinate cross-departmental initiatives for product optimization from kick-off to proof of concept.

Requirements
  • Several years of practical experience as a release manager, technical project manager, or project manager in the IT software development environment
  • Long-standing experience in external and internal stakeholder management (systems management, data management, test management, software development teams)
  • The ability to keep the big picture in mind to understand the interrelationships of our software artifacts
  • Proven experience in the implementation and optimization of ITIL processes
  • Self-responsible, independent, and sustainable work
  • Knowledge of the CI/CD pipeline, system environments, quality gates, release process, and process design
  • Familiarity with process automation and escalation management, as well as with monitoring systems and KPI-driven optimization
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
