About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at C.H. Robinson. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the global freight forwarding market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the global freight forwarding market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics and transportation industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the global freight forwarding market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
