- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics and transportation industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the global freight forwarding market.
