Senior Key Account Manager

We're seeking a talented Senior Key Account Manager to join our Global Partnerships team at Red Bull HQ in Salzburg, Austria. As a key member of our team, you'll take the lead in managing key accounts, fostering impactful collaborations, and driving innovative strategies across international markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute global business development strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Manage the entire sales process, from market analysis and client outreach to proposals, pricing, and contract agreements.
- Oversee the successful delivery of each partnership, ensuring seamless brand integration and top-tier client experiences.
- Consult with prospective brand partners to discover their challenges and objectives, enabling you to develop compelling and mutually beneficial partnership initiatives.
- Lead global business development efforts across Red Bull's full range of assets in Sports, Culture, Brand, and Media.
- University degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Fluent in English, German, and other languages are a plus.
- 3+ years' work experience in international marketing or commercial partnerships.
- People management experience.
- Exceptional expertise and a deep understanding of all aspects of marketing, including Sports, Culture, and Technology.
- Demonstrable track record in securing successful brand partnerships and developing marketing assets (events, content).
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, conceptual, and creative capabilities.
- Dynamic and energetic approach to work, with strong communication and negotiating skills.
- Outgoing personality who thrives on cooperative thinking.
- Broad network of brand contacts at global decision-maker level.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,717.00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
