Position Overview:
We are in search of a proactive and seasoned professional to assume the role of Team Lead for Controlling and Reporting. This position is crucial for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and strategic alignment of our financial operations and reporting. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily functions of the Controlling and Reporting team while providing strategic insights and guidance to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Exhibit thorough knowledge and application of accounting standards and principles.
- Develop, implement, and refine standardized financial processes, particularly focusing on Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
- Generate high-quality financial reports, extract essential insights, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Facilitate financial planning and decision-making by understanding key financial indicators, guiding towards desired outcomes, and supporting the decision-making process.
- Demonstrate strategic insight and business acumen to navigate complex challenges and opportunities.
- Comfortably operate in ambiguous environments, showcasing strong problem-solving skills.
- Effectively manage processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards.
- Exhibit autonomy and confidence in decision-making, even in challenging situations.
- Engage and motivate a team of 10 direct reports by managing vision, purpose, and fostering a collaborative environment.
