About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Technology Advisor for SAP to join our team at 3000 Kyndryl Austria GmbH. As a key member of our SAP practice, you will be responsible for leading opportunity creation, progression, and closure in SAP areas, including SAP Business Transformation Center, SAP Integration, and SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead opportunity creation, progression, and closure in SAP areas, including SAP Business Transformation Center, SAP Integration, and SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
  • Provide demonstrations of Kyndryl's credentials in SAP and specifically in SAP cloud services.
  • Work closely with local solution design teams to develop business cases, client presentations, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Provide a focal point for the team to help understand capabilities, offerings, and client references.
  • Become a recognized thought leader in SAP cloud services, utilizing conferences, white papers, and client presentations to build awareness of Kyndryl's credentials.
  • Be accountable for driving signings in the Alps market.
  • Support end-to-end delivery of SAP work for clients and ensure that what's sold is delivered to the satisfaction of clients and with a 10/10 Net Promoter Score.
  • Work on helping organize project approaches and teams for client delivery.
  • Participate in project delivery to varying degrees depending on project complexity.
  • Help resolve project issues as they arise.
  • Establish strong client relationships in key accounts to help progress the SAP Services portfolio.

About You

  • Extensive experience and recent proven track record in IT Consulting or IT Management Consulting with regional or global consulting firms (Big 5 or boutiques) with delivery and business development success and growth.
  • Established history combining SAP consulting, sales, and delivery, with experience delivering workshops, assessments, strategies, roadmaps, designs, and deployment plans.
  • Demonstrated record creating and executing client transformation programs to drive strategies, optimization, and modernization.
  • Track record of developing and expanding client relationships with executive focus, proven ability to present strategic content and drive transformation across a broad range of stakeholders (executive, tech, etc.).
  • Differentiated industry expertise (in at least one of: Consumer / Travel, Financial Services, Media/Communications / Energy, Healthcare / Life Sciences, or Government) and depth across technology and IT trends, challenges, solutions, market dynamics, competition, and peer group activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape large complex, multi-competency deals across the Kyndryl Practices portfolio (e.g., Cloud, Applications, Data/AI, Network & Edge, Datacenter, Security, Resiliency, and/or Digital Workplace Services).
  • Experience with Statement of Work / Contract development, iteration, refinement, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Development of business cases with return-on-investment analysis.
  • Deep experience working with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, and GCP) across large optimization, migration, and modernization solutions, familiarity with their methods, ways to partner, and cloud capabilities.
  • Understanding and articulation of the vision for modern engineering (e.g., agile, cloud native, DevOps) and operations (e.g., observability, automated response, SRE, etc.) and ability to articulate a path toward a target operating model (people, process, and tools).
  • Fluent in English and German.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

  • SAP and/or Cloud certifications.
  • Extensive experience in an SAP technology sales environment with a specific focus on SAP basis, including various migration strategies to drive client transformations.
  • Capability to transform business applicative requirements into SAP technical components.
  • Knowledge about SAP sales programs such as SAP RISE.

This position is classified in the job family "ST2" according to the applicable IT collective agreement. Your actual salary will be agreed in a personal interview, taking into account your professional experience and qualifications, and might be significantly higher than the minimum salary under the collective agreement.
