The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Compliance and Risk Strategy Leader to transform our risk management practices. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our operations align with regulatory standards while fostering a culture of excellence. Your expertise will be crucial in developing, implementing, and refining comprehensive risk management programs that adhere to industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Design and execute risk management frameworks that align with our business continuity and ICT security strategies.
  • Facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements and act as the primary contact for risk-related inquiries.
  • Lead the establishment of our risk department, collaborating with consultants to define policies and governance structures.
  • Promote a robust control framework focusing on operational risk, compliance, and security.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management or a related field within a regulated financial environment.
  • A comprehensive understanding of risk frameworks and European regulations.
  • A proven ability to develop policies and monitor daily operations effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to build relationships with regulatory bodies.
