Senior Project Manager for E-Mobility Solutions

In this exciting role, you will lead multiple development projects in the field of automotive E-Mobility with significant complexity, risk, reach, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Form, guide, and motivate diverse, cross-functional project teams to create energy and commitment among team members.
- Maintain an overview and understanding of technical interdependencies to proactively identify complex problems and lead others to think beyond existing solutions.
- Conduct forward-looking risk management, identifying possible mitigation measures and/or backup scenarios in close cooperation with stakeholders.
- Assume full responsibility for projects by continuously assessing progress and adjusting the project plan within given boundary conditions to ensure goals are met despite challenges.
- Actively manage key stakeholders in an international environment, negotiating and convincing others to accept positions or trade-offs.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics, or related studies combined with a good technical understanding; a PhD degree is a plus.
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience in the field of semiconductor products, with 4 years of leading projects and project teams.
- A Project Management certification (e.g., IPMA C) is a plus.
- Experience with semiconductor technology and package development, including SiC and Chip Embedding as valuable assets.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to understand and structure complex project situations, manage crisis situations, and present them to senior management level.
- Excellent English skills, German skills, or a willingness to learn.
